If you are a recent newcomer or have just started attending CFC services since this past summer or fall, we’d love to invite you to a newcomer welcome lunch on Sunday January 19 to hang out with our pastors and small group leaders. Our Spring Baptism Service will take place on April 27, 2025. If you are interested in getting baptized or hearing more about what baptism is all about, there will be Sunday baptism classes coming up SOON on February 2 and February 9! Both classes will be held in Room 202 at 11:15am.
CFC Berkeley’s Annual combined Christmas Eve Service is being held on Tuesday the 24th right here at 5:00pm. This is a combined congregation service in English and Chinese. There will be refreshments in the fellowship hall afterwards!
LSF White Elephant will be happening on December 14 at 5:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall. Come and bring a wrapped gift of maximum 25 dollar value and have fun in the gift exchange- you might end up with the gift you’ve always wanted! The event is 10 dollars for LSF members but if you bring a friend it’s free, so tell your friends and see you there!

Our Fall Baptism Service will take place on November 17, 2024 at 1:30pm in the Sanctuary. This is a separate service in addition to the usual Vinewood Sunday morning service. We hope you will come and celebrate with us!
The first mission prayer group will be held on Sunday November 10 at 11:15am in Room 202. This group will meet once per month to pray for missionaries that CFC Berkeley supports!

Becoming Fishers of Men, our fall 2024 evangelism class, is kicking off on Sunday 9/29 at 11:15am in Room 202. The class will be 6 sessions long and will be a mix of lectures, sharing the gospel inside and outside of the church, and a skit! Our college fellowship, Crossroads Christian Fellowship, has been tabling at Sproul and has a number of fun NEW Welcome Week activities continuing for the next few weeks! You can scan the QR code or visit our website page for all Crossroads-related events.
Retreat will take place Friday July 5 to Sunday July 7 at Sonoma State University!
We currently only have Commuter Spaces available, but you can fill out to form to get on our waitlist as well.

We will be having an Easter Sunday Combined Worship Service this year with our Chinese congregation! To accommodate space, this service will take place at the First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley at 3:00pm.
Please note: There will be NO regular services held at CFC Berkeley on March 31, 2024.
Vinewood’s Good Friday Service will take place in the Fellowship Hall at 7:30pm on Friday March 29. All fellowships will participate in this event, including Agape youth. There will be a separate children’s program available as well.

To support and encourage our sisters as they start our women's ministry, we will be holding an LSF women's conference on Jan 26-27. We will have an invited speaker teach on identity in Christ and self-esteem, and hope it will be a sweet time of fellowship for our LSF ladies. Our Spring Evangelism Class Series, Fishers of Men, will start up again on January 21st at 11:00am on Sundays for 7 classes. The class details and full schedule are posted on our website under “Christian Education.”
We are excited to kick off the Bible Study Basics class in the Spring. The first class will be Jan 21, 11:00 on Sunday, and will meet at the same time/location moving forward. Through it, we will learn some principles of biblical interpretation, and do some practice as well! Save the date for our English Congregation Fall Baptism! Come join us on November 5, 2023 at 1:30pm in the Sanctuary as we witness several individuals give their testimonies and get baptized!
We will have a Short Term Mission Trip sharing at 11:30am on after Sunday Service on October 22 in the side yard. Come enjoy some snacks and hear sharings from our church members who went on mission trips over the summer.
