Sea 🌊 how much fun we are for shore 🏝 having on the beach? This past Saturday, LSF enjoyed a wonderful beach day at Stinson Beach. We played all sorts of beach sports, fellowshipped in the sun, and enjoyed some paper boating as mandatory fun. Stay tuned to our social media pages to hear about future events! What a wonderful birthday celebration... for us! 🎂 This past Saturday we celebrated CFC’s 50th anniversary at Prince Street. The church was filled with alumni from the past 50+ years and we were able to celebrate together by hearing from former church members and fellowshipping over food. God has so greatly blessed our church - all Glory to Him!

We had the joy of hearing from Pastor @justinhwong preach from Exodus and were reminded of God’s faithfulness in Exodus in delivering his people and forming the seeds of the Gospel. The early bird price: ($195 for an adult with a bed, $95 for child (age 4-11) without bed) is valid until April 30th so make sure you sign up TODAY! Congratulations to our newly baptized Vinewood members! A huge congratulations to Christina, Caleb, Elden, Kyle, Daniel, Raymond, Ellie, Justin, Joe and Paula on your baptisms. It was a joy to hear the testimonies of these wonderful 10 brothers and sisters and to hear how God had brought each of them to know Him. It’s Wednesday, but I’m still thinking about Easter! 💕 What a joyful time we were able to spend as a church together worshipping for Easter Sunday service! We had a joint service which was filled with different fellowships helping lead worship, and we heard from Pastor Dennis on Luke 24:13-35 on “No Hope Without a Resurrection”. In the sermon we saw how Jesus’ death and necessary resurrection gives us hope and an eternal perspective! Swipe to see some highlights of our Sunday Easter service!

Everyone enjoyed an Asian-inspired potluck which featured every variation of noodles and rice you could think of. At the gift exchange, the Jell-O money made a return and surprisingly only one waffle maker was in the mix! Me? I love meat. But I love the weak more.🍖❤️ This past Sunday we heard a message from 1 Corinthians 8:1-13 from Pastor Theo on “The Other’s Benefit Over Your Rights”. Through the message, Pastor Theo encouraged us to care for our brothers and sisters by intentionally prioritizing them by not stumbling them. We saw how the church is not a museum for the saints, but a hospital for the sick. Join us again next Sunday for another message!
Curious about how to study 66 books? Want to get more value out of your daily Bible study? Join us starting this coming Sunday for a new Sunday school class on hermeneutics. This class will help better equip us to study the Bible, and we’ll come away with practical actions we can take during our own studies. The class will start this Sunday 1/21 at 1:30pm in the room A202. Hope to see you all there!

‘Tis the season for serving! 💖 This past Saturday, our Agape Fellowship helped serve at CityTeam Oakland. They say only God can move mountains, but our Agape volunteers moved mountains of clothes! They also helped prepare food for the shelter. Thank you Agape for spending time helping to serve and love our community!
